I am a certified NRA Pistol Instructor, NRA Shotgun Instructor, and NRA Range Safety Officer, committed to delivering structured, safety-focused firearm instruction in the East Bay.
I have been an avid shooter for many years with experience across a wide range of firearms. As a competitive skeet shooter, I value precision, discipline, and continuous improvement — principles I carry into every lesson.
I am the past President of the Walnut Creek Sportsmen Club, located at United Sportsmen Inc. (USI) in Concord. The club is dedicated to promoting hunting, fishing, and the shooting sports within the local community.
Beyond shooting sports, I have been deeply involved in youth athletics for many years:
Nearly 20 years of service with the Junior Optimist Baseball League (JOBL), serving as coach, manager, umpire, and Executive Vice President.
Over 10 years volunteering with the Concord Cobras Football and Cheer program, last serving as Vice President.
These leadership roles reflect a longstanding commitment to mentorship, discipline, and community engagement — values that directly inform my approach to firearm instruction.
I am a proud father and grandfather who values family, community, and time outdoors. When not teaching or competing, I enjoy spending time with my family — and with my dog, Skeet.
